Dr. Vanessa Nieto is the board-certified anesthesiologist on Dr. Isabel Balza's surgical team. She reviews every patient's health history before surgery, manages anesthesia and monitoring in the operating room, and makes sure you wake up comfortable and well cared for in recovery.

Anesthesia is one of the biggest questions patients bring to a consultation — and Dr. Nieto is the person who answers it. She meets each patient before surgery, reviews labs and medical history, and builds an anesthesia plan around that individual case. In the operating room she stays with you from the first minute to the last, watching every vital sign while Dr. Balza operates.
