These terms govern your use of the Allure RT MX website (allurert.com), our concierge medical-tourism coordination service, and our text-messaging program. By using this site, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Allure RT MX, a concierge medical-tourism agency that coordinates consultations and care between patients and independent partner clinics and specialists in Tijuana, Mexico. In these terms, "Allure RT," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Allure RT MX.

2. What we do (and what we don't)

We are a coordination and concierge service. We help you request a consultation, prepare your case file, connect you with an appropriate partner clinic, and coordinate logistics. We are not a medical provider and we do not perform medical procedures ourselves.

Our partner clinics and physicians are independent entities responsible for their own medical services, licensing, and outcomes.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Always consult a qualified professional about your specific situation.
Any pricing discussed is determined during consultation based on your individual case; information on this site is general and not a binding quote.

3. Using this website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you submit a form. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access it through automated means without permission, or misuse any content. All content, branding, text, and images on this site are owned by or licensed to Allure RT MX and may not be copied or reused without permission.

4. SMS / text messaging program

By providing your mobile number and consent — for example, by checking the contact-consent box on a form on allurert.com or on one of our Facebook/Meta lead forms — you agree to receive text messages from Allure RT related to your inquiry, including consultation and appointment confirmations, booking links, reminders, and follow-ups from our coordination team.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive a confirmation text when you inquire, plus occasional reminders and follow-ups about your consultation.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further texts. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
Consenting to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a consultation.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. No medical advice; assumption of risk

Medical and surgical procedures carry inherent risks. Decisions about your care are made between you and the treating clinic. Allure RT does not guarantee any particular medical result and is not responsible for the medical services provided by independent partner clinics.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allure RT MX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our coordination service, or from services rendered by independent partner clinics. Our total liability for any claim relating to our own coordination service will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us directly for that service.

7. Third-party links and services

This site and our messages may link to third-party services (for example, a Calendly booking page). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico and, where relevant to your interaction, the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be waived. Any dispute will be handled in good faith; where litigation is necessary, it will proceed in the appropriate courts having jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our practices change. The "Last reviewed" date above reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site or our messaging program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
